Terms of Service

Agreement

By creating a RolloutGrade account you agree to these terms. If you are signing up for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept them on that business's behalf.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details private and let us know promptly if you believe someone else has access. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything your teammates do.

Your data stays yours

You keep ownership of the sales exports, store details, survey answers, and reports in your account. You grant us the limited licence needed to store and process that data so we can provide the service to you.

What the analysis is — and isn't

RolloutGrade produces a decision aid from the data you provide. Verdicts labelled Directional are an early signal; verdicts labelled Reportable have enough evidence behind them to defend. Neither is a guarantee of future results, and neither is financial, legal, or professional advice. Rollout decisions remain yours.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload data you do not have the right to use.
• Do not collect personal information through the customer survey.
• Do not attempt to access another organization's data or probe the service's security.
• Do not resell the service or use it to build a competing product.

Review monitoring

Review monitoring retrieves publicly available pages you specify. You are responsible for making sure your use of those sources complies with the source site's own terms.

Availability

We aim to keep RolloutGrade available and accurate, but the service is provided as is. We may change or discontinue features, and we will give reasonable notice of anything that materially affects how you work.

Fees

Paid plans, per-test pricing, and test bundles are described on our pricing page. Where an account is free or in early access, no fee applies until we tell you in advance and you agree to it.

Cancellation

You can close your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses arising from a rollout decision.

Changes

We will notify you by email before any material change to these terms takes effect. Continuing to use RolloutGrade after that means you accept the updated terms.
