Who we are

RolloutGrade is a launch and commercial change testing platform for businesses of every kind. This policy explains what we collect when you use the platform and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Account information. Your name, email address, business name, number of locations, and how you chose to run tests.
• Business data you upload. Point-of-sale exports, item sales, costs, waste, and the store details you enter. This is your data; we process it to produce your analysis.
• Survey answers. Responses collected through your QR posters. These are anonymous — we do not ask customers for their name, email, or payment details.
• Public review content. When you set up review monitoring, we retrieve publicly available reviews and posts for the pages and search terms you specify.
• Technical data. Basic log and error information needed to keep the service running and secure.

How we use it

We use your data to run the analysis you asked for, to produce your reports, to keep your account secure, and to contact you about your tests. We do not sell your data. We do not share your sales figures with other customers, and we do not use one customer's data to benchmark another without a separate written agreement.

Processors we rely on

We use third-party infrastructure to host the application and database, to send email, to retrieve public review pages, and to run the language model that summarises review text. These providers process data on our instructions only.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is open. When you close your account from the Settings page, your stores, tests, uploaded sales, survey answers, and saved reports are deleted. Backups age out on their normal cycle.

Your choices

You can view, correct, export by printing, or delete your data from inside the product at any time. If you would like a copy in another format, or want us to remove something specific, contact us and we will action it.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access to your records is restricted to your organization by database-level policies, and internal administrative access is limited to what is needed to operate the service.

Children

RolloutGrade is a business tool and is not directed at children under 16.

Changes

If we make a material change to this policy we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
